Simple clear instructions and a demonstration were given when the box was fitted, I was warned about silly common mistakes that hirers made and I was also provided with an emergency contact number should anything go wrong and I needed to contact them.

Nigel goes that extra mile. I have never had a roof box before so was unsure of how it works or even the size I would need. Nigel explained how it all worked & sent pictures of how my car would look with different sizes to help me make the best choice. He came to fit it & collect (for a reasonable fee). It was all hassle free. Will definitely be using him again!
