Found this service good. Nigel very professional and helpful and assisted me getting the right roof box size for the car. When I collected the box from the female member of staff I was overcharged £15 and she stated she didn't know how to refund it there and then which I believe was an easy process to do. I didn't complain. While abroad I received a text with the time to return to box. I didn't reply to save charges. The next day I received numerous calls and a message about the box while on route to drop it back which was on time. This part of the service I found uncomfortable and under pressure to return the box not a minute late but as I mentioned I didn't complain when the same female of staff stated she didn't know how to return my £15 the day I picked the box up. For this reason I won't be returning for business even though I have recommended this service to a friend.

Another great service from @WelwynRoofbox, flexible fitting times and excellent customer service. Allowed us to enjoy our weekend at the beach with this brand new #roofbox! I would definitely recommend them if you have too much to carry!

An easy to use efficient service. With 3 kids and little space camping trips down south can be a bit of a task, but this option is perfect. They fit it and remove it in about 5 minutes and saves having to store a box for months on end. I went for the Thule XL Motion, great box, got loads in it. Will be using again.
