This company fitted a glass roof conservatory that leaked within 1 week after installation. Despite several attempts to make good their poor workmanship (lots of silicone, no investigation as to why it leaked) the problems remained. Long story short... County Court Case ensued, filed judgement against PVCu Direct, instructing them to pay compensation by 18th March 2020 (prior to lockdown 1). This is still owing despite all previously stated. I would not recommend this company. There is no option for zero or minus ratings. That would be a better option in this particular review.
