PUT STYLE INTO YOUR LIFE IN WARRINGTON

GREATER luxury and imaginative designs mean buyers can look forward to adding more style to life at Redrow’s The Oaks at Taylor’s Chase development in Great Sankey, Warrington.

Redrow’s increasingly popular Lifestyle homes are now available at The Oaks, off Sophia Drive, offering even more variety and choice within its already sought-after Heritage Collection.

Redrow has gone back to the drawing board to create a stunning new range of properties which support its commitment to providing people with a ‘better way to live’.

“At Redrow, we are constantly looking at the designs of our homes to see if we can make them even better,” says Redrow sales director Claire Jarvis. “We talk to our customers too, to ask them what they would like to see or what they might appreciate even more.

“The Lifestyle homes were born as a result of this and offer one less bedroom than their original namesake, but with those remaining bedrooms being larger and each with an en-suite bathroom.”

Lifestyle homes were initially created for downsizers – or rightsizers as Redrow prefers to call them – people moving from older, larger homes who wanted fewer bedrooms but still wanted lots of space for entertaining friends and family, or when the grandchildren came to stay.

But Claire adds: “We soon realised that others loved these properties too, including families who liked the extra luxury and space, and the added comfort and practicalities of an en-suite to every bedroom.”

A number of house styles from the Arts & Crafts inspired Heritage Collection have taken on the Lifestyle label, with the Oxford Lifestyle and Leamington Lifestyle now available from £364,995 and £384,995 respectively at The Oaks.

While the Oxford Lifestyle may look very traditional on the outside, with its bay windows and roofed porch, inside it is anything but. Built on the footprint of a home that would normally have four bedrooms, instead it has three; and the master bedroom is more like a hotel suite, stretching the full depth of the home and boasting a walk-through wardrobe and generous en-suite with both a bath and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, the convenience of an integral garage takes nothing away from the sense of space available. Homeowners can enjoy a substantial kitchen and dining area with double doors opening out onto the garden, a handy utility and a separate lounge in which to relax.

The Leamington Lifestyle offers the same luxury as the Oxford Lifestyle home, enjoying similarly spacious accommodation downstairs, but with subtle design differences like the master bedroom suite stretching across the entire width of the house at the front of the property.

The Oaks is the second phase of Taylor’s Chase, named after William Taylor - one of two men who surveyed the line of the nearby Sankey Canal in 1754 – and offers three, four and five-bedroom homes.

It complements The Brook, which currently has two-bedroom apartments from as little as £112,000 under Redrow’s discounted ‘Advantage’ scheme and open market three and four-bedroom homes from £249,995.

Taylor’s Chase is a great location for families, thanks to its proximity to shops, services and schools, and ideal for commuters too, with excellent access to Warrington town centre and the nearby cities of Manchester and Liverpool.
