Dirty Canvas Club returns to the Troubadour for their April special.
We've been fortunate enough to have the legendary London Rockers, The Dirty Strangers and their club of dirtiness here since September 2017. Very excited to say they have secured a residency for 2018, playing the third Friday of every month. Next up, April's treat x

The Dirty Strangers - A London based Rock'N'Roll band carrying a torch for rootsy Rock'N'Roll as invented by Eddie Cochran, Gene Vincent and Chuck Berry, but laced with a little bit of Otis Redding Soul and a side order of Punk attitude. Arresting and Seductive, Its Dirty Rock'N'Roll and you'll like it. Famed for gigging widely over the past 3 decades and working with such stars as Keith Richards, Ron Wood and Bobby Keys (The Rolling Stones) Brian James (The Damned / Lords Of The New Church), John Sinclair (MC5), Guy Griffin, Guy Bailey (The Quireboys) Dave 'Bucket' Colwell (Bad Company / Humble Pie) and Bernie Torme (ex Gillan / Ozzy Osbourne Band) among others....

Special Guest Guitarist for the Dirty Strangers - Phil Spalding - "An English bass player. He is best known as a session musician and player of Fender Precision Bass guitars. He has played and appeared with performing artists such as Mick Jagger, Seal, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, Elton John and Randy Crawford.."

Special Guest Support - the Second Sons - "London's finest soul and blues based rock and roll band" - Hamish MacBain, the Second Sons provide a truly captivating and charismatic live performance. Described as "electrifying" and "designed to get people off their feet and dancing", the Second Sons are known as one of the most entertaining live acts in music today.

Followed by Rock N Roll abandon at the Dirty Secrets afterhours club, with DJ Cruel Valentino until 2am.
