Fitch Autos took a long look at all of the things that make other garages suck and sprinted in the opposite direction.
With Fitch Autos there are courtesy cars available, communication is effective and reassuring, booking is easy, the waiting room is warm, pleasant, has games and free drinks. They tell you exactly how long things will take and actually deliver on that commitment.
They have 4 front desk receptionists who are friendly and always available.
You can tell that when they ask you to fill out a survey they care and they implement to make the best possible customer experience.
I seriously never thought I'd find a garage this hot on end to end customer experience within an industry which, let's face it, none of us enjoy spending our money on.
Thank you Fitch Autos, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

This outdoor space is one of the best local authority outdoor spaces we've visited. It's got everything! It's vast so, wide open spaces. There is woodland, two lakes, there is huge children's adventure playground, fitness apparatus, a visitor centre, a cafe and a bandstand (nothing on live while we were visiting)! I'm probably missing quite a few things too! Oh, dog friendly, of course (except inside the cafe and visitor centre, which is understandable). An excellent family or personal experience!
