I can wholeheartedly recommend Meta! I started seeing Mat 12 weeks ago for persistent hip pain after prescription painkillers stopped working. He was incredibly thorough and science-based in his diagnosis and exercise prescription. Just 10 weeks later, i am off all medication and pain free.
I also recently had a PT session with Lucy to supplement my cardio routine. She was excellent-friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. A fantastic team for anyone needing chronic pain treatment or top quality personal training.

We enjoyed the dinner here this evening!
We ordered the Penne Boscaiola, Spaghetti Gamberoni and Pizza Da Vinci's, was just delicious and tasted just right!
For dessert, Biscoff cheese was amazing.

went here a few years ago and sat on the terrace and it was great, now i wasnt expecting to sit on the terrace although it was offered as it was freezing. anyway the place needs a refurb its getting pretty run down, food was pretty good though
