We’ve been to The Ivy House near Bloxwich quite a few times now, and honestly… the Indian food never disappoints. Absolutely amazing every single time — full of flavour and cooked to perfection.
The portions are very generous. Come hungry, leave stuffed, possibly needing to be rolled out the door 😆. We even went for their Christmas meal, and yes… still managed to eat far too much because it was just that good.
The staff are brilliant — friendly, welcoming, and always on point. Nothing is too much trouble, and they really add to the whole experience.
Great food, great atmosphere, great people… and a guaranteed food coma. We’ll definitely be back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After visiting four different furniture outlets and viewing around 200 three-piece suites, we were starting to feel disheartened. Every suite we saw was either far too big for our house or had seats that were much too soft.
We then visited the Sofa Factory Outlet and looked around the entire showroom. After explaining to Mark that we were specifically looking for a small, quality three-piece suite with firm seating, he immediately showed us one that was absolutely perfect. As soon as we sat on it, we knew it was the right choice — extremely comfortable, the ideal size, and exactly what we had been searching for.
Mark took the time to explain everything in detail. He helped us choose the fabric, the colour, the leg finish, and confirmed the firmness of the seats. He also clearly explained the delivery process and the guarantee, which was very reassuring.
Mark provided excellent customer service throughout — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. We have now placed our order and couldn’t be happier.

I visited the Sofa Factory Outlet today and had a great experience. After looking around at the three-piece suites, Mark came over to help us and was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find a lovely three-piece suite that was perfect for us. Great Christmas meal. We were booked in at 1pm slot, pretty busy but the staff were very helpful and generous. They gave my daughter a free dessert and a Santa was walking around giving sweeties. My kids had a fabulous time.
