Bloxwich Windows had fitted our windows and doors with the previous owners quite a few years ago. I reached out to them with a fault on the door lock, Glenn popped over after work and said he will sort this out. Glenn had come back and fixed the fault and the service was absolutely excellent.

Seamless order by email, cash on delivery, delivery arrived hour earlier than expected today (great as I had a docs appointment later). Delivery guy, very polite and helpful, checked panels over as Iām a fussy devil after 40 odd years in the building trade, excellent quality. If I could give 10/10 I would. Staff very pleasant and poppadoms amazing but we ordered a Tandoori Mixed Grill and shish kebab was odd, chicken leg was dry and lamb very tough, very disappointing š. Expected more after their award. When staff collected the plates they asked how everything was and we told them and they said we should have made them aware.
