As a member of Mim’s Mom’s staff I have always felt 100% valued. It is a pleasure to work in such a caring, supportive and professional environment , where people come first and service is exemplary.
In particular the owner goes out of her way to welcome and meet the requirements of every customer. Over the last 4years I have witnessed countless occasions of her offering exceptional kindness, nurture and support to many customers : she always goes the “extra mile” for them.
It is due to this that Mim’s Mom’s has such an excellent reputation in Cannock, winning the MP’s “Best Coffee Shop”award for 5 consecutive years.

Such a beautiful Afternoon Tea today for me and my best friend. Everything was fresh & delicious. All my favourite sandwiches, perfect jam & cream scone and lots lovely bite size cakes & trifle. It’s the best Afternoon Tea I’ve had & I’ve tried a lot over the years. Staff were so friendly and made us feel very special. Thank you so much xx

We had a lovely prosecco afternoon tea Tuesday for my birthday which my friend brought me.
The ladies were very friendly, we couldn't eat all our lovely cakes so brought them back in a box. The food was very nice and fresh lots of choice.
We will definately be visiting again to try more on the menu.
