I can’t recommend Matt enough. After dislocating my shoulder, I was concerned about getting back to normal, especially with having a physical job and a real passion for fitness. From the start, Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and put together a rehab plan that was tailored to my recovery goals and lifestyle.
The exercises were strategic and progressed at the right pace, helping me regain stability in the joint, then mobility, confidence and strength in my shoulder. Matt understood how important it was for me to return to both work and training safely, and his guidance throughout the process was invaluable.
Thanks to Matt’s support, my recovery has gone much better than I could have hoped and in the 12 weeks post dislocation I have got back to work along with jumping back into an almost full fitness routine, with all of the new information I have learned from Matt’s sessions.

They are very professional, courteous with great communication.
They provided a courtesy car as they needed my car for two days.
Their investigations were very thorough and the were in contact with me at each stage advising me of progress, detailing repair costs and seeking approval before continuing any works.
I highly recommend this business and will, undoubtedly, use them again.

Great service from booking the car in to finish, gave the car a free health check whist it was in and flagged up a couple of issues I wasn't aware of, phoned to tell me the issues and all sorted on the day, 1st time using this garage and will definitely be using it again 👍

I have been shopping at Harguns for years!! THE BEST samosas, Indian snacks and sweets you could dream of. When I visit friends in different parts of the country they always request I take them some "Hargun's". For party catering we always pre order and collect snacks from Hargun's too. Excellent customer service and food
