Steve was wonderful and gave good advice so we could then make the right decision on what was best . The two ladies in the office are lovely . I had several quotes for shutter blinds, and Scott at Universal Blinds was by far the most affordable. Not only was he the cheapest, but he was also the most personable and trustworthy. Scott promised to beat the competition—and he did. He explained that there would be a wait for the tailor-made blinds but kept us updated throughout the process. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a high level of professionalism, even staying late to ensure everything was perfect. The blinds have completely transformed the rooms, and I couldn’t recommend Scott or Universal Blinds enough
