Flawless job of my Tesla MOT.<br><br>Fitch Autos took a long look at all of the things that make other garages suck and sprinted in the opposite direction.<br><br>With Fitch Autos there are courtesy cars available, communication is effective and reassuring, booking is easy, the waiting room is warm, pleasant, has games and free drinks. They tell you exactly how long things will take and actually deliver on that commitment.<br><br>They have 4 front desk receptionists who are friendly and always available.<br><br>You can tell that when they ask you to fill out a survey they care and they implement to make the best possible customer experience.<br><br>I seriously never thought I'd find a garage this hot on end to end customer experience within an industry which, let's face it, none of us enjoy spending our money on.<br><br>Thank you Fitch Autos, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

We recently used Find and Finance to get a new family car and a work van for my husband. Honestly can't recommend them enough! The whole team were fantastic. All very friendly and very helpful. We found Find and Finance particularly useful as they will do all vehicle checks for you and inform you if there are any potential issues. As two people who are novices when it comes to mechanics this was a really big selling point for us. They work with you and your budget and ensure that they match the perfect vehicle for you. Two very happy customers :D
