I called Mark in a frantic state after seeing a mouse in my kitchen. I was so upset & distressed about it. Mark was amazing, on a Saturday evening late, he was with us within 30 minutes! Mark was amazing, friendly, professional and helped put my mind at ease. Mark was the only one out of lots of businesses who offered to come and help me and with me suffering with anxiety this really went a long way.
