Interest expressed and a home visit within a few days (Eddie)- job drawn and priced on the spot with excellent advice and recommendations .
Surveyor visit as promised by Nigel (excellent). An on time fitting for us by Nigel - who proved to be an excellent fitter as well as surveyor .
Generally A+ service in every way from start to finish - front door with side glazing and garage side door both fitted and look stunning .
Prices very decent also .

Nice place, has guitars that you can't buy from big chains, the guys there were super friendly too, chatting about a fender issue with my high E slipping off the fretboard, was going to get a new nut, but he dissuaded me into not being so hasty as may not be that, offered me to bring up and get checked. Said about factory string could be off and got some new strings on offer, turns out there's a small kink in the string, it's weirds looks straight but a small kink never seen it before. He didn't want to just waste my money on buying for no reason. Some stores just tell you to replace nuts, bridge etc but he didn't want me to waste money for no reason.
