"I recently hired carpet doctor to clean my living room and stairs, and I couldn't be happier. We have 2 dogs and the carpets were looking pretty rough with several stubborn pet stains.
Ian arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. They explained the process clearly and were very careful around my furniture. I was shocked at how much dirt they were able to pull out—the difference is night and day! The house smells fresh, and the carpets were dry within a few hours. Definitely worth the price for the quality of work. I’ll be recommending them to all my friends!"

On Thursday 19th March we attended the funeral of our beautiful niece, Jodie. When we saw Jodie arrive at the house we were blown away by how beautiful her final journey was going to be in the camper van. The journey to the crematorium was steady and in the timely fashion of Jodie being late as she always was. I was honoured that you allowed myself and other family members to carry her coffin. The service, conducted by Anna-Marie was delivered with compassion and was a beautiful, although sad, experience. I would like to praise the professionalism of all the staff with you on the day. We would certainly recommend you to others and would definitely use you again.

After the loss of my sister, we contacted many funeral directors not knowing where to begin with the arrangements. Dean Harper instantly felt like the choice for us. They guided us through the process with compassion and ease during a time that felt impossible. Anna Marie took the time to learn all about my sister and took note of all the details which showed when she led the service, which was the most beautiful tribute. On the day, Dean was a support to us all and guided us through which meant everything went without fault.
Nothing was too much trouble for all at Dean Harper. The little details that meant a lot to us as a family, became a priority for them.
When you lose someone you love so much, it can be hard to trust people to care for them before and during their final journey. We trusted them completely and would recommend them to anyone who is in the unfortunate position to need them. Thank you to Anna Marie, Angela, Dean and all at Dean Harper.

Dean Harpers funeral directors provided an excellent service. Dean and the team were compassionate, understanding and very supportive. Everyone of the team provided the upmost respect, care and kindness to our family and most importantly to our Husband/Father.
The service they provided was personalised and met all of our requirements. We were given guidance and explanations on what we wanted and how it could be done.
At one of the most difficult and vulnerable times, in particular over the Christmas period, we were provided with kindness, patience and felt our Husband/ Father was in good hands and looked after with care and dignity.
We couldn’t have asked for anything more and how smoothly everything run throughout the day.
The professionalism was second to none.
We feel as a family that no one else could have helped us through this time and looked after our Husband/ Father like they did.

We recently booked Owen for our wedding at Alrewas.
He was absolutely brilliant throughout- all of our friends and family loved him and have been commenting afterwards how much fun he was there - he was great at getting round to everyone including us on the day.
He's a really lovely bloke and the way he does his act is so seamless that he mingles his act well into any group.
