After an ongoing issue with our drains over a number of years and using Dyno-Rod, we decided to try Drain Doctor and cannot fault the level of service we received from the moment we booked the visit.
Andy, the technician was extremely thorough with the job in hand and after having a conversation with me and understanding the frustration we were experiencing with drains (commercial property) went on to investigate the cause of this reoccurring issue.
Thanks to Andy’s diligence and professionalism we are now aware that the blocked drains were in fact due to a neighbour’s negligence…..something the previous companies failed to explore! Neighbour was invited to join us to witness CCTV footage of a dye test to determine the issue and Andy explained the outcome of the inspection to both of us….
I can’t thank Andy and then Richard, who has provided us with a detailed report enough for providing such an efficient and professional service…needless to say we will not be picking up the bill this time thanks to these guys! Highly recommend!!!

Richard the drain engineer is a real credit to his company and he explained everything that he was going to do with a fixed price up front to be payed when work was completed.after a camera survey in my sewer pipe he concluded the problem was with neighbouring sewer and gave me the option of contacting Severn trent or for him to carry on and clear the blockage in neighbouring sewer drain and in short I said for him to carry on as it was an immediate problem to me ,in no time at all he cleared the blockage(wet wipes) caused by neighbours a few doors down.thank you once again Richard.

Absolutely first class service from Drain Doctor - from completion of their on line booking system through to the attendance of their engineer Richard Bevan.
A confirmation phone call was received from Drain Doctor shortly after completing the on line “urgent” booking.
A time slot was provided (same day service) and as promised, Richard rang to give us his ETA.
Upon his arrival Richard was very thorough with his diagnosis of our drainage problems, and even though there were a few obstacles in his way, he maintained his professionalism without any of the usual tradesmen’s “moans and groans”.
Richard explained everything he was doing at every opportunity (and to be fair to him, he gave us the opportunity to contact Severn Trent directly, as the blockage was found to be their responsibility on a “shared line”).
We chose to proceed with Drain Doctor as our problem was in need of urgent rectification.
Richard successfully completed our job and did a thorough check of all affected properties.
Sorry for this review being quite a long one, but I felt I had to attempt to explain the absolute thoroughness of Richard Bevan - he is an absolute credit to Drain Doctor (wish there were more tradespeople like him !)
