Today I have completed the sale of my parents home due to them both now being in care. Having used Pickfords Solicitors previously I did not hesitate in using their service again. Once again I can do nothing but praise the entire team from my first contact with Rachel McDonald, then with Harjinder Singh and finally Laura Bridgewater. Laura dealt with the majority of the sale and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with my use of Power of Attorney to complete the sale.<br>All went well and from first contact to completion and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Pickfords again.

I have to say they are smooth in completing both aspects of deals. Aisha was allocated our deal. Any time we required communication or updates we were able to get from her. She provided full transparency and the obstacles the deal presented were efficiently overcome by her to allow us a completion well within our agreed time frame. Definitely recommend Pickford for pharmacy/commercial property acquisitions.
