I rang meta on behalf of my mother in law (80), who was struggling with pain and mobility. Matt took a genuine interest straight away, and was able to see her very promptly. A full history was taken, assessment carried out, and a pathway discussed for treatment. My mother in law felt very reassured, and in safe hands, due to the time and care taken to understand the situation fully, before simply jumping in with a treatment that 'might help' but could also risk worsening the condition without first identifying any underlying issues, such as bone density and identifying the specific bone causing a nerve entrapment. Everything was explained clearly and she now feels better informed and confident in a potential treatment pathway, with support from Matt in gaining relevant info/requesting needed tests from GP. Thankyou Matt for your genuine care and for being so thorough.

Excellent service. Reception staff are brilliant from first contact with the garage. Service is great and excellent value. The service they provide is better than other main dealer garages I have dealt with and they do work you can trust. I would definitely recommend them and already have to family and friends.

On my car breaking down last year I had to call out RAC. My normal garage was unable to to look at it and was advised to call Fitch Autos. They looked at it the next day ordered parts and repaired it for me. Since then they have had my car and my partners in for service's, repairs , Mots ect. There service, repairs, and cost is outstanding. The Staff in reception could not be more helpful and keep you up to date with the progress of your vehicle. Now we would not go anywhere else, and recomend to anyone who needs their vehicle looking at.

This garage is the best garage I've ever dealt with in the 20 years of driving and thats 100% honest. They are very professional, the communication of what's happening with my car while it's there is really good. The staff are very friendly and this is now my go to garage for any repairs , services , MOT that my car needs. I am also going to be taking my partners car here aswell.

Usually have my car serviced at the main dealer but thought I would give Fitch Autos a go after a chance conversation with Hollie. Very happy with the service, ended up needing more work than anticipated but happy with the results, will be taking my car there from now on.
