Highly recommended!!
I was suffering with a really nasty bout of sciatica that I'd had for a month, still had numbness from the top of my thigh, down to my foot and I couldn't put weight on my foot properly. Following the advice of my GP, I decided to give the gym a try to get my muscles strengthened again, but didn't know what exercises I needed to do and seriously lacked the confidence in using a lot of the equipment.
I looked up personal trainers near me and found Reddall Fitness. Louis has been fantastic, we had a chat about my goals and Louis got me set up on his app where there was a nutrition plan and personalised workouts to follow. I'd had gym memberships before, but never used half of the equipment and wasn't very experienced with a lot of the stretches/exercises.
Fast forward 2 and a half months and I am seeing so much progress. The sciatica issues cleared up within about 2 weeks, I am looking slimmer, more shapely in the right places and feeling so much better and stronger. I also feel like I know what I'm doing more and have learned lots of new things.
The workouts are adapted as you progress and Louis always helps you with confidence and any questions you have along the way, as well as advising on how to tackle any injuries you have and adapting your plan. I'm so glad I signed up, it was well worth it!

My husband have been with Louis for over a year. Louis is very passionate and always strives to get the best results for his clients. We have both felt a difference in our body strength after we had two sessions a week with Louis.
He had to adapt some of our training sessions due to injury and this worked well for both of us until our injuries healed.
Louis is honest and accommodating, he has been one of the best personal coaches we have had.
If you're considering having a massage, Louis is very good. My husband and I have had several massages with Louis and he is very good. I highly recommend having a massage, he's very good at reducing the lumps and stress points.

Took my 2 dogs here to use the DIY wash and dry service on offer. Jess was more then happy to recommend the right shampoo for our dogs skin type. After having a good chat about what our dogs needed etc, we were shown the washroom and how to use the equipment then we were left to it. Jess was always a shout away if needed.

This nursing home has cared for two family members during the last four years. The nurses and carers are simply the best. Both relatives were cared for by a brilliant team, including the cooks, who went above and beyond in making sure their needs were met. I am so grateful for their dedication to what is a very demanding job. .
