Five stars! I took a car instrument cluster board in for some very tricky micro-soldering on a tiny '1F' chip. Most places wouldn't touch it, but these guys were happy to help. My Mercedes Vito dashboard is now working perfectly again. Fast, professional, and saved me of many pounds on a new unit. Highly recommend for any delicate board repairs!

Had a great experience at Smartonic had a issue with my Hdmi port on my sons Ps5 they explained the issue via phone call before any work undertaken and also completed a full service at a reduced cost would highly recommend for any console issues. Great workmanship at very competitive price. Will definitely use again for annual service.

Franklins have moved me from Germany to the UK and it’s been the best removals experience. Here are some shout outs to the absolutely brilliant people involved:
- Bev, who was the most patient and kind lady who organised everything and I felt very well looked after
- Paul and Daz who moved my belongings from Germany and had to carry everything down from the second floor including a 200kg cement dining table. They were absolutely brilliant and worked so hard!
- Issac and Cam in the UK delivered everything from storage (nothing missing, nothing damaged). They unloaded and built things in record time and were kind, super helpful and like all the others provided brilliant customer service which makes a potentially stressful experience much less so.

I used Franklins recently to relocate from the U.K. to France. It was a completely smooth transaction from packing up and storage in the UK for 6 months to delivery to France - on time - nothing going astray - nothing broken. From the first enquiry to the end of the move, I couldn’t rate Franklin’s Removals any higher! They were amazing! I mainly communicated with the company through numerous emails to Bev, these were responded to very quickly and professionally. On the move day, Jamie F and Isaac worked their socks off! They worked very well as a team, worked efficiently and with care to load then unload 2 vans of furniture and belongings. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
