I would have no hesitation in recommending Dean Harper to anyone, in fact I have been since my lovely Mom's funeral in October 2014. That day has stayed with me for all the right reasons, the fleet of vehicles are immaculate, it all ran to time and a lot of the stress associated with losing someone so loved was taken off my shoulders. The whole family were treated with dignity and respect that was second to non.
Dean officiated and talked us through every step of the way, everything was explained thoroughly. Very professional.We were very satisfied with the financial side as well, people say you only get what you pay for, well, with this company you get more.
You can be confident that your loved ones funeral will be handled professionally and sensitively.

Brake disc bolt snapped in motorcycle alloy wheel, I needed to get it drilled out without damaging the alloy wheel. Somebody pointed me to James's garage, I took the chances and I went in, it was really busy all the mechanics were working away on vehicles and the receptionists informed me that I would have to book it in.
James said he would have a quick look, I could see once he started he got the bit between his teeth determination to get it out. He not only managed to take it out but also ensured the threads were cleaned using a tap.
I was extremely grateful and in future will return to this garage.

Gentlemen came within 4 hours to fix the garage door. Set price included parts and labour. He was very knowledgeable and trust worthy. I left him to complete the job with all of my personal items in the garage. He was trustworthy. I would recommend.

Mac has just left after replacing the motor in our large roller door. He diagnosed the problem at a previous visit and we organised a time for the work to be done. He came exactly as arranged (having phoned to let me know he was en route). There were several unexpected complications during the job but we found workarounds and everything was completed to my complete satisfaction. Despite the complications the original - very reasonable - quoted price was honoured. MD are definitely going into my contacts list.
