Dean Harper was the funeral director for both our mum and dad, and we genuinely wouldn’t have chosen anyone else. From the very first meeting, Dean and his team treated us with kindness, compassion, and the utmost professionalism. They kept us informed every step of the way and always took the time to check that we were okay during such a difficult period.
What stood out most was Dean’s personal care and attention. Even on the morning of Mum and Dad’s funerals, he called to make sure we were all coping, confirmed the arrangements for the day, and reassured us that everything was in hand. That simple gesture meant a great deal to our family.
Dean and his staff made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so much easier to manage. Everything was handled with dignity, respect, and genuine care, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating our parents’ lives.
We cannot thank Dean and his team enough for their support, compassion, and professionalism. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral director who truly goes above and beyond.

I have been a customer of PVCU Direct since 2011.

PVCU have always been professional in their approach, never forcing a sale and always doing right by the customer.
They only use high grade quality products from the Rehau profile to the grade A glass to the hinges and Yale locks.
The products and fitting is second to none, I would strongly recommend them for any size projects.
