We booked Little Hooligans for my sons 6th Birthday at 6:30pm on Saturday 17th Jan. We had the whole venue, all we had to do was provide food and take the rubbish home. Bonnie and Bev couldn't have been anymore helpful. They set up everything for us, helped with putting our food out, did all the announcements for food/cake and put some music on. For a socially awkward Mum this was heaven! We bought our own bin bags and they collected all the rubbish for us. They have a couple of trolleys for us to take stuff into/out the venue in the lift. Basically all we had to do was turn up š Bonnie even cut the cake and portioned it up for us!
The venue was clean (as usual-we've been a few times), the space is great and all the kids enjoyed the party. Bonnie and Bev are stars and a credit to Little Hooligans. Would 100% recommend, 10/10. Thanks again!

I hired out the venue for my sonās 5th birthday party and it was 100% worth it. Massive shout out to Bev and Kerry who went absolutely above and beyond from start to finish, the customer service from both of them was impeccable. They helped decorate, serve and was all round friendly and so so helpful. I will definitely be having another party for my kids and will be requesting both of them especially to host again. They made the party really special and couldnāt have done it without their help! Thank you both again so much. Recognition where itās deserved :)

I did move from Frankfurt, Germany to London, UK and had to move all my belongings of my flat on short notice.
I can fully recommend Franklins Removals, the communication was seamless as well as the organization. There was no damaged good at all despite it was quite some stuff to move, also no scratches on the walls at all (besides two scratches which was caused by myself trying to help..).
Especially the movers, Lee and Dave, were super professionally and very nice and trustful persons. The whole process was super fast despite the stairs to my new home were extremely narrow and steep.

We used Franklins Removals in January 2026 to relocate from Bolton to SW France to begin our new lives there. From picking up all our household goods and furniture at storage units and delivering it to our new home in rural France, all the team worked brilliantly together . Bev in the office talked us through all the required customs documentation and paperwork giving examples of how to complete the French paperwork. Both the pick up team ( Dave and team) and the delivery team(Lee and Paul ) worked tirelessly and were careful with our stuff. All members of the team were responsive to our emails/ calls and kept us informed throughout the process. Franklins were not the cheapest quote we had but they ticked all the boxes for us, and removed a quite a bit of the stress of relocation to another country for us. We're so pleased that we used them! Would highly recommend Franklins for an international house move!
