Fantastic service, called in this morning after a phone call to Kevin Denver yesterday to see if my office chair could be repaired. The gas strut had failed and Kevin and his team managed to find me one and fitted it while I waited. I am now sitting on my chair with a smile on my face! A new one like mine is over £500.00 and what a waste to bin a perfectly good chair when it just needs a replacement part and a bit of know how. Proper good old fashioned service and a great can do attitude at ORS! Thank you to Kevin and your staff.
