Been using these guys now for numerous amount of years but last week I purchased a dishwasher machine from them which was in immaculate condition, fitting was spot on and was even shown how all the different modes work. Purchased an electric cooker from here and the experience was great, couldn't make up my mind and Terence was very helpful, showed other models after the model I enquired about was sold out. Wayne who fitted the cooker was great, very friendly and installed it quick and showed me how to use it. Definitely recommend buying from them, great price and service! (Ignore the smudges on the cooker, that was me, it arrived in immaculate condition).
