Loads of designer shoes, boots, handbags, at really reasonable prices. It's full to the brim with bargains and there's no sense of rushing to get in and out. The staff are very helpful and it's one of the very few times I've enjoyed going shoe shopping. It's worth taking your time to look through all the shelves. The shoes are arranged in size order. Definitely worth the effort of searching through as I found a lovely pair of trainers for a fraction of the price.

Coming out of car retail and management after 20 plus years, I think it's fair to say I know my way around customer Service and the car industry. I was trepidacious as to how my experience would be now that I am simply a customer. I was very impressed and surprised, from the initial call to payment, this was a seemless and excellent experience. The advice about my tyres was accurate and informative, the need to sell me a complete set of replacements was apparent but in no way pushy and this was appreciated to the point that I will more than likely return in the not to distant future. I called at 10.00 about a puncture, living locally I was booked in by 10.15 with locking nut and keys in the hands of the techician, a true explanation of the tyres condition was given, it needed replaceing and a suitable tyre was in stock, by 11.00 (yes 11.00) I was on my way home, well done to everyone, the girl on reception today 15th October whose name I'm affraid eludes me had a superb attitude. Maybe I was lucky and this was a good day for them, but for sure this is what good looks like.
