Easy website to negotiate. A search box would be helpful for looking for smaller items. Ordered without any problems on-line and received a call back shortly after to book a delivery day and time. Delivery was on time on the day arranged. Received a follow-up call a few days later to check everything was ok. Dealt with Gills many times over the years and always been pleased with service. Overall experience excellent.

Changed delivery date they gave me thus time to a more suitable one.only improvement is they could give you a time slot when ordering not precise but just am or pm waited all day from 8am but not delivered till 4pm after me calling them to check I hadn't been forgotten. otherwise all good.
