I came to the gym very nervous because of the size but the joining process was so smooth that it made my anxiety of the gym go away with the help and support of all the members of staff and the community feel of the gym. Ive been coming now for 6 months and love it, especially the quality of the new machines and how this gym is always looking to improve

What a great venue, perfect sound & picture quality & very comfy seats & very polite & helpful staff.<br>The Hendrix Documentary film was excellent & im so glad I went to see it on the big screen & it was shown on the 54th anniversary of the passing of the great man himself Jimi Hendrix.<br>It was my first time at the Light but I’ll be back again very soon.<br>Thank you for a great experience
