Thank you Franklins for getting me home to UK. I had lived in France for almost 18 yrs and due to personal reasons wanted to come back.<br>The contact, support and understanding with Bev was excellent. The team on the French side Carl + Daz were great. They worked well as a team, were friendly, relaxed, helpful and polite. My stress disappeared once they took over. The UK team Kieron + Fraser were great too, again friendly, helpful + polite.<br>I would definitely use Franklins again. 🙂

After checking they could fit my motorhome on the ramp, took it in for a front wheel alignment. No appointment but said they would try and fit me in.<br><br>Spent an age in the waiting room and they told me they were having issues getting it right. Come closing time, said they wanted it to be perfect and could I come back? Booked to come back in 2 days.<br><br>Brought it back and another few tries and was given the keys and all done. It was now driving perfectly.<br><br>Took it out myself and indeed it was driving perfectly, took them quite a few tries to get it spot on but they didn’t just give me the keys back and take my money.<br><br>Spent an age getting it completely right and only charged me the original agreed price, even though it must have took much longer than normal.<br><br>That’s the sort of service that means I will use them again. Brilliant! 👍

Having recently had a kitchen re-furb carried out by Zebra, I can confirm that Barry is very professional, reliable and experienced. I was confident in the companies ability to complete the renovation. Barry offered advice on appliances, styles, finishes etc and ultimately kept to the original quote. The work was completed in a timely way and to a high standard. The fitter, Matt, was pleasant and respectful and worked very hard putting the kitchen in place. He was also very tidy. I would be happy in recommending this company. Thank you for a great job

John and the team were quick, efficient and professional. Simply email them with a picture of what you need to remove, they reply with a quote then sort out a day. Would recommend and will book again when we need!!
