I said for a while that I really didn't want to use a VA, that it wouldn't be helpful to me, that they wouldn't have a clue what I did etc etc. After being completely overwhelmed with work, I finally put my trust in Juli. She started with setting up Hubspot and managing my CRM system and moved onto managing all my regular email communications, preparing standard templates for me to use, contacting clients to chase quotations, re-writing my website pages and more! She is super efficient and no doubt does these sort of jobs way quicker than I would.
It gives me time to focus on the business and my clients. I get to do the things I both enjoy and need to do in order to grow my business, while Juli is in the background doing some much needed work to a better standard than I could do.
I focus on my skills and pass everything else to her! For someone who didn't think this VA thing would work - I can say it definitely does!
