We had a suite, which was made at the Sofa Factory Warehouse for 19 years, so we had no hesitation about going back. Our new furniture is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship is second to none. Our sincere thanks to the craftsmen and ladies who made it, and for the help and assistance of Kami in the store, who made our whole experience really enjoyable. There are so many different styles and fabrics to choose from, there will be something for everyone. Excellent from start to finish. Well done, keep up the good work

Started taking my cat here after some difficulties with a previous vet’s. We visit the cat clinic situated here, and it’s been absolutely amazing. They are incredibly supportive and caring, and can tell they know about cat behaviour and make my cat feel safe and relaxed.
The price has also been great, and not overcharged like the previous place I would go.

I first engaged S P Taylor 31st December 2025 as I had a problem with my boiler. They were promp, professional and very caring, so much so, that I engaged them again to deal with other plumbing issues, and then again recently to install a walk in bath. Once again they were prompt, professional, neat and tidy and caring.

Honestly I’m so worried of going to the dentist after horror bad experience in the past but I went to this dentist and he put me at ease so kind didn’t rush the appointment was very thorough and when though the hole procedure with me really has given me a new confidence when going to the dentist have got to go back in a couple of weeks will definitely be going and sticking to his plan can’t thank these dentist enough no one likes going to the dentist but thankfully these put me at ease thank you will highly recommend to everyone 5*

My mum visited the clinic at Pelsall Village Centre for the first time today. She was a little nervous but Paul very quickly put her at ease.
He explained everything clearly from the start, even showing photos of what he had found! All the way through the procedure, he stopped to check that Mum was okay. She immediately noticed the difference in her hearing afterwards.
He was also extremely helpful with answers to all our questions & aftercare ideas.
Would definitely use again.

I have seen complete garden landscape that my friend and neighbour has had completed by Chris and his team it is a first class job and I would highly recommend them anytime they have been punctual and working clean everyday they put away tools and cleaned up first ready for next days work...Also I asked Chris if he would look at my fence as some panels needed some work he did this and even fetched a panel cut it down to fit although they had just finished my friends garden nothing to much trouble would definitely recommend this company and would give 10 stars if I could
