The staff were friendly and efficient and couldn't do enough for you. The food was amazing and great value for money. We will definitely be going again. I can not recommend this place enough, it's definitely worth a visit.

Mmm⊠Da Vinciâs. Okay, letâs do this! So, me and the family rolled into Da Vinciâs in Aldridge, ready for some serious grub. I was thinkinâ pizza, pasta, maybe a meatball the size of my headâyâknow, the good stuff. And the food? It was⊠mmm⊠pretty decent! Iâd give it a 6 outta 10, like a donut thatâs fresh but not quite sprinkled. The flavors were there, but it wasnât like, âWoo-hoo! Iâm in flavor heaven!â More like, âEh, thisâll do while I dream of Krusty Burgers.â
But the service? Dâoh! What a disaster! Picture this: Iâm chompinâ on my spaghetti, sauce all over my face, livinâ the dream, when the waiterâsome grumpy guy who looked like heâd rather be watchinâ paint dryâsays, âYo, pass me your dirty plates.â Pass âem? What?! Iâm tryinâ to enjoy my meat-a-balls here, and you want me to do your job? They couldnât even be bothered to walk around the table! Lazy, I tell ya! Thenâget thisâthey ask us to pass the cutlery too! No âplease,â no âthank you,â just, âGimme your forks, youâre harshinâ my vibe.â It was like we were crashinâ their private party or somethinâ. I felt like saying, âWhy donât you pass me a million bucks while weâre at it?!â
The only bright spotâbesides the foodâwas this one young fella. Nice kid, real polite, comes over and says, âWould you like another drink, sir?â Sir! I like that! Made me feel like Mayor Quimby for a second. So I ordered another Duffâer, I mean, soda. That guy was the only one who didnât act like we were annoyinâ him just by existinâ.
So, Da Vinciâs, hereâs the deal: your foodâs okayâtasty enough to keep me from starvinââbut your waiters need to chill out and maybe learn the word âplease.â I ainât askinâ for a parade, but câmon, donât make me feel like Iâm cleaninâ up Moeâs Tavern for ya! Would I go back? Eh, maybe if Iâm real hungry and the kidâs workinâ again.âŠ

So it was a takeaway i had tonight, but having eaten in there before on many occasions i can vouch it is an excellent establishment. Tonight i ordered duck rolls, rack of lamb with mash and veg, the whole meal was faultless. Tasty, excellent value, everything was incredible. Highly recommend đ

First visit to this restaurant, wanted to decide for myself after hearing poor reviews of this restaurant. It does look very inviting and we were welcomed by a member of staff on entry. He then tried to sit us right next to a group who were clearly having fun and enjoying themselves.. the place was empty, we couldnât understand why he would make us encroach on the group.. it would have felt awkward⊠we sat ourselves by the window. We barely had chance to open the menu let alone make a choice of meal before the waiter made 3 attempts to take our order, my food was luke warm (I took it home to microwave it later).. the waiter tried to clear the table while one of us were still eating.. I believe the 3 of us were sat at the table for less than 30 minutes before we felt we needed to leave the premises. I even asked the waiter if they were about to close to which he replied ânoâ ⊠that was it⊠just âNoâ đ⊠the very same issues experienced by our friends.. so thatâs at least 15 guests that wonât return
