A big thank you to Jamie and his team for their initial assessment, report and subsequent works at my rental property. We had rising damp and following the detailed report (after Jamie attended site to inspect), we have had the required work undertaken (dry rods, mould treatment, PIV Unit and Humidistat Fan).
Jamie and his team were polite, clean working, clearly good at their job and kept myself and tenant up to date with how the work was going and any other information necessary.

Jamie and the team at Damp Proofing Experts we brilliant. They were fast efficient and very tidy in the way they carried out their work, we left them onsite alone and they carried out the work efficiently.
The advice was great they saved me from having to payout unnecessary charges for repointing brick work and scaffolding

Jamie was very knowledgable, quickly identified the issue and advised on the most cost effective and least intrusive way of treating the damp in the property. He’s installed a PIV unit and external dry rods.
