Rob cleaned and restrung my old guitar and did an absolutely fantastic, professional job. I couldn't be any more impressed. He was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout, taking the time to help me explore new accessories and offer thoughtful recommendations. Really appreciated the top-quality service. I have been to TR music a handful of times now, for various Guitar issues, queries and questions. Each time, the service has been phenomenal and i cannot praise or thank the staff enough. I've spoken to James and another younger member of staff on a few different occasions, and each time, they've been extremely kind, considerate, patient and helpful.
I'm not one to to go out of my way to write reviews but i felt that these guys deserved an exception.
TR Music was recommended to me by the other guitarist in the band I'm in, and now we're both singing their praises. Hands down the best music shop in my area and definitely worth the visit for any guitar services or gear you need!
