Easy ordering & paying process. Was bit wary of the condition of the parcel of this order. (This was due to previous order delivered with box ripped, bashed and contents part out of the box). I'm happy to say this delivery was much better received, the box still slightly smashed and tape unstuck from box but contents intact. This on the whole isn't company's fault when leaving their shop. I still would like a more secure way of delivery, though appreciate boxes are more recyclable than mailbags. Thank you for quick service & delivery.

I called think insurance and spoke to a man called rob who broke down the policy in a way that was really understanding. He was unbelievably helpful and kind. 10/10 service, would reccomend.
