I am so very grateful to Natalie and to Harpreet. Our sale/purchase journey should have been easy, but due to other parties further up the chain, it was anything but that! I honestly thought it was all over, but Pickford never let me down. They were on their game, and made my dream home a reality thanks to their perseverance and professionalism. Natalie and Harpreet really came through for me at a very stressful time and I know it was stressful for them too, although they kept me calm throughout! My only advice to others; be very careful when you pick a conveyance team. Truly. Some will take your money and don’t care about even looking at your file, maybe when it’s too late.
