Delivery was exactly as promised—on time, and the delivery team were friendly, professional, and courteous, taking great care with the furniture and our home.
The sofas themselves are of excellent quality and look superb. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, the level of service and overall experience more than justify it.

I needed a sofa and chair that was the right height, size for the room and comfort level. I got all 3 and I am very happy. Kami’s assistance was excellent in advice and ensuring my furniture arrived when I needed it. Thank you Kami, I appreciate all that you did. Thanks also to the delivery men who were great. If you find the ready made sofas and chairs too low, too soft or too large for your room, consider made to measure furniture and visit Sofa Factory Outlet. I would also highly recommend that you see a sample of your chosen fabric at home as colour shades can look different depending on the lighting.
