From the moment we stepped into the showroom, Kevin Denver was fantastic. His knowledge is superb, and he really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He guided us through a wide range of options without any pressure, ensuring we found the right fit for our needs.
Once we had selected our furniture, we were provided with CAD designs to show how everything would work within our space, which was incredibly helpful and gave us real confidence in our choices.
From ordering through to delivery and installation, the whole process was seamless.
In today’s digital world, where many companies push customers towards self-service and online ordering, it’s refreshing to receive such a high level of personal service. ORS have got the balance absolutely right, combining expert advice with a genuine personal touch from Kevin.

Kevin Denver provided amazing customer service, sorting exactly the chair I came in for and fixing it up, even going so far as to offer us a lift home with it. The prices were very affordable and the atmosphere very welcoming, all employees were super nice. Update, Kevin also helped fit it into the boot of my car when I was struggling to, expert salesman and an expert at getting chairs in cars lol :)

Jabs Event Hire ended up being a last-minute choice for us after our original DJ and events company let us down right before our wedding. I was so stressed and upset, completely panicking about what we were going to do, and thankfully some friends recommended Jabs Event Hire to us.
I honestly could not be happier that they did. From the moment I phoned them, the ladies in the office were absolutely amazing — so calming, reassuring, and genuinely caring. They made me feel instantly at ease and gave me confidence that everything was going to be okay.
Then came the wedding night itself… and wow. Our DJ was absolutely fantastic. It was so refreshing to have such a talented female DJ who completely understood the vibe we wanted. Every announcement was perfect, the music was spot on all night long, and we even had some great banter together which made the whole experience feel really personal and fun.
The entire evening went without a single hitch and became everything we hoped it would be. The dance floor was full all night and the atmosphere was unforgettable.
Thank you so much, Jabs — you genuinely saved our wedding day. We’ll always be grateful and would 100% recommend you to anyone looking for an incredible events company!

I went to Birmingham Pride yesterday and had an absolutely fabulous time! Jabs Event Hire were DJing and bringing the music for ikea during the parade, and the energy the Jabs team brought was completely out of this world.
Out of all the floats and entertainment across the parade, Jabs were by far the best at getting the crowd going. The atmosphere around their float was electric from start to finish, and the music selection was phenomenal. I actually found myself following the parade route alongside the float they were DJing on because the vibe was just that good!
The team were full of energy, incredibly engaging with the audience, and created such an unforgettable experience for everyone around them. Honestly had the time of my life and couldn’t stop smiling the entire day. Massive credit to Jabs for bringing such amazing energy to Birmingham Pride — absolutely phenomenal!
