The food is always excellent and the staff very friendly. However during our visit to the grill the ordering system was shocking. You order and are told to come back in 10 minutes.then queue again and even then all your order isn't ready. So you end up going back a third time while the initial food goes cold. Very frustrating and it wasn't a busy night.. ! just an improvement required. I
