The man you need..<br>Reached out to Louis for help getting into shape, 12 weeks later wow what a difference I can see and feel in myself.<br>Originally wanted to lose more body fat but restricted for time in the gym we took a slightly different approach..<br>We ended up focusing more on building strength and we certainly achieved that with a big increase in muscle mass going from 86.1KG to 91.6 by week 8 of 12.<br>Not only is Louis very knowledgeable on every aspect of getting into shape he’s a real down to earth man who you can talk to about anything, 2 kinds of therapy in one session!<br><br>Cheers mate!<br>PS he gives a mean massage 😂

We ordered a king prawn korma which was well balanced in the flavours, not too sweet and plenty of coconut.
Chicken balti, good amount of heat and very flavourful.
Onion bajis had a bit of a kick to them and perfectly cooked.
