Had a real fear about dental surgery and over the last 15 -20 years the fear is nearly over.
With potentially one more tooth to be removed it’s been an experience I’d like to share and also to say a big thank you to ORACO dental clinic in Pelsall for the support from all staff members across the board.
I’d like to give 5stars for the treatment I’ve received and also like to say keep up the good work especially with the modernisation of the clinic and been able to cope with the number of patients in need of treatment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank You!

Dentist was very gentle, thorough and took time to explain everything clearly - including procedure and x-ray results for root canal treatment. He has restored my confidence and faith in dentists - well done Oraco!

Daughter had 2 baby teeth extracted. The dentist explained everything, spoke to her to keep her calm and got the job done efficiently. Thank you for taking good care of her

I've had appointment with endodontist today. Doctor and nurse are on the highest professional level in their category. Job done perfectly and with great respect for patient. I'm very satisfied with their service.

EDIT: last week I needed to have a tooth extraction. The hygienist, Adam, prepared me for the extraction, administering the anaesthetic injections to freeze the area. Those injections are normally quite painful, I think most people would agree. Not pleasant, and I was braced for a lot of discomfort. However, when Adam did the injections I was astonished - I can say with total honesty that I felt virtually nothing. Incredible. I asked how he managed to administer the injections so painlessly, and he said it’s because he does them very slowly. All I can say is: a lot of dentists could learn from him! I’ve never before had such painless dental anaesthetic injections.
This is a very friendly local dental practice. I like my dentist, Dr Moore, and have total confidence in him. The dental nurses and reception staff are a great asset to the practice too. Recommend.

After a life time of anxiety when going to the dentist , my experience with Dr. Bhavini Chauhan has completely changed that! Such a sweet kind lady who made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. Today my treatment with her was completely pain free & almost enjoyable 😂!! Thank you so much!

Honestly I’m so worried of going to the dentist after horror bad experience in the past but I went to this dentist and he put me at ease so kind didn’t rush the appointment was very thorough and when though the hole procedure with me really has given me a new confidence when going to the dentist have got to go back in a couple of weeks will definitely be going and sticking to his plan can’t thank these dentist enough no one likes going to the dentist but thankfully these put me at ease thank you will highly recommend to everyone 5*

I had a check up as a new patient today. Reception staff were polite and professional. I was seen on time and the dentist performed a thorough examination and explained fully his findings and recommendations. Thank you.
