Hao a problem with our composite front door. Five years after installation, it started to develop cracks in the outside. Contacted company to arrange repair/replacement under warranty. They were very helpful. Polite and efficient over the phone and made arrangements without any hassle. Chris, the fitter, arrived at the arranged time and completed the replacement, including refitting all fittings and furniture, cleaning up,(and fussing the dog!) in less than an hour. Excellent service and no complaints at all.
