For some of us it has become easy to book holidays online ourselves but that carries the additional stress that if something goes wrong while you are away, there’s only you to sort it out, when you should be enjoying your holiday. I hadn’t used a travel agent for years but this year used Cotton Candy Travel who arranged absolutely everything for us, from transfers throughout, hotels, cruise and flights. Knowing that was all taken care of and if any changes were needed, just seeing one email ensured everything was dealt with. The service was professional and friendly throughput and their knowledge was extensive. I would not hesitate in recommending or using them again.
