I was a new patient who arranged an appointment on Saturday to work alongside my commitments.I am truly impressed with my visit and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable opticians. I was greeted at the door by a polite and friendly optical assistant. She took photos of my eye and made me feel comfortable and welcomed into the practice. The optometrist - Shamina is the best and most competent optometrist I have ever encountered. She took her time with my test, addressed all of my concerns and directed me towards drops to help my eyes. She made me feel valued and has definitely improved the conditions of my eyes. The lovely lady doing my dispense was also fantastic. She talked me through the various types of lenses and there was no pressure to buy the most expensive option but it was instead catered towards my individual needs. I thank the 3 ladies at Moores for making my visit such a good experience. Keep doing what you are doing!
