I came to Vito’s for a cut and blow dry, I wasn’t sure what style to have but Karen helped made suggestions and took the time and care, I wasn’t rushed and it turned out better than I imagined it would, it was well worth the money. The salon was so organised, customers weren’t waiting long which meant the hairdressers didn’t put themselves under pressure as they organised their time and appointments well. The stylists were dedicated to their customers as they spoke to them and not over them with their colleagues (I wouldn’t have minded if they spoke amongst each other but I thought this was very nice as it showed how well mannered and dedicated they were to their customers). They have done very well adapting to this pandemic and should be proud of their hard work.
