I am the sole owner of a 12 year old terrier who has been quite ill throughout her life. Since I changed to Pool House Vets some 8 years ago my dog, and I, have received the best attention. We are always met with kindness and help - she is still with me. In the last six weeks I have had two occasions to ring for reassurance after hours, again to be met with courtesy and helpful advice, but then all the staff I have met there are the same - pleasant, obliging and positive
