My baby and I loved this course. It was super relaxing and informal. The small group size was perfect for learning the massage techniques. Each week focussed on a different body part and I now incorporate the routines into bedtime and this helps my little one get a good night’s sleep (and therefore me too)!
Tammy's class is brilliant. It's super relaxing and focused on bonding with your baby. Lots of the poses we practice are geared towards labour + birthing. I wouldn't be without this hour to bond with my bump each week.
