Had an annual service after receiving an excellent service with my MOT. Vicky really takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and asks the lads the questions I would before I even ask them. Great communication and great job done. As a single lady, I don't have any qualms using this garage whatsoever.
Difficult times with the country being in lockdown. MOT was due. Had seen previous reviews so thought I'd give them ago. Absolutely fantastic service. Vicky is so patient and lovely and explained everything clearly and with a smile in her voice. Lads were brilliant and got my car through its retest. Car was collected and returned free of charge which, as a single mom on lockdown recovering from a fractured spine, completely took away any stress of getting to and from the garage. Absolutely 100% recommend. Thank you all at Car Friend!!!
