I love black pudding, but only fantastic black pudding.....I lived in France and travelled all over Europe on business for 25 years, and I have tasted some great regional black pudding of many different recipes. Well, yours is without a doubt the best I have ever encountered in the UK! Great texture, amazing deep flavour and a true delight cold or cooked - it makes a fabulous bed-partner to my home-smoked bacon. Purchased from my local farm butcher near Tile Hill, West of Coventry. I've now got to catch up on 40 years of missed opportunity! Well done, and thank you.
