From the initial conversation with Dean, I was comfortable that we were in safe hands and the ongoing professional, yet personal, manner that you have worked with us in the arrangements on the build up and the actual funeral service itself was exemplary. I felt that you delivered the exact amount of respect and solemnity to the occasion but were also able to engage with us on a more friendly and informal basis and enjoy a couple of laughs, which my mum would have wanted and enjoyed. Needless to say, should the opportunity arise where I am asked my advice on a funeral director, I will recommend yourselves without hesitation.
