Happy with windows,good quality in windows themselves and did a neat job fitting them.Fitters themselves were polite,friendly and tidy in their work so could not fault them.Unfortunately for me there is a but as I had sash windows fitted and one of the windows has a couple of end caps missing,this was pointed out to me by one of the fitters at the time.I had nobody keep me informed about where these end caps are or when I can expect to get them fitted,I think I made the mistake of paying in full for the windows before I was completely satisfied with the windows!.I have phoned several times chasing these caps and on one occasion they said they would phone me back and never did!,and last time said they were very busy and to give them a couple of days and I am still waiting.So to sum it up its thumbs up for manufacture and fitment of windows and a big thumbs down for after sales service!.
